SOME İSSUES ENCOUNTERED IN EDUCATION BY TURKISH MIGRANTS (THE EXAMPLE OF AUSTRIA)
ABSTRACT
Although we live in a modern period, the phenomenon of migration continues to exist as it was in the old
times. Although our country is a country that has received immigration at times, the migration to Europe,
which started half a century ago, still continues. The adventure of migration, which took place with
economic concerns in the first periods, later became permanent, and a series of problems were encountered
in the countries visited. One of the countries in Europe with a significant Turkish population is undoubtedly
Austria. Although the Turks, who have been living in this country for more than half a century, have
different problems, the problems they face with education are the most important ones. In this article, the
problems related to the education of Turkish immigrants in Europe will be discussed through the example
of Austria.
